something that I’ve wanted to do for a while, but I haven’t had complete control of my meals until now. I shall miss bacon the most. I shall be chronicling the progress of Veguary for all to see, whether they want to or not, because that’s what the internet is about.

for the record, I’m allowing myself to eat eggs, despite what some might say about whether it is truly vegetarian or not. This is vegetarian February should not be misconstrued with a vegan February. Wish me luck.
